We've had a look at creating the perfect ethical fry up.

But what do you like to cook up on those long lazy Sunday mornings?

Scrambled tofu? Garlic mushrooms on toast?

For me, you can't beat a good old full English veggie breakfast with veggie sausage (Quorn preferably), egg, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, hash brown and toast. All organic of course. But failing that I have two other favourites:

toast drizzled with olive oil and topped with organic fresh tomatoes and lots of salt and pepper or

scrambled tofu on a grilled field mushroom

And why wait till Sunday. I'm having one this evening, it's a Thursday!

I have found most of my acquaintances who have vegetarian leanings do not like Quorn's version of 'bacon'. I was quite surprised to find that Sainsburys own brand version is very different and a lot better tasting in my opinion.

A cooked breakfast is the perfect weekend treat.

I would have to go for poached eggs on a bagel, avocado, mushrooms, tomatoes and meat-free cauldrons sausages.

Biona or Whole Earth baked beans are excellent. Serve them on wholegrain toast with a side of mushrooms gently cooked in lemon juice and garlic. Another side of fried leftover potato with onion, sprinkled with black pepper. Grilled toms. Freshly-ground Equal Exchange yirgacheffe coffee. I'd get up any morning for that.

Hows your Quorn organic or ethical and what is ethical about an egg?

Veggie food is very beneficial for our health. It prevent fat accumulation in our body. Fat accumulation may cause several dangerous diseases like heart attack. So my opinion is we must avoid non- veggie items from our food habits then only we can save our life. Research paper presented by buy research proposal describe the advantage of veggie foods.
