Get the food revolution moving

The Manchester Veg People co-op, which we covered in our recent special report on Food, have only got 16 days left to crowdfund their project for a new model for a local food supply chain.

They are a co-operative of local organic growers and buyers who are growing sustainable veg, distributing it and serving it up in Greater Manchester pubs, restaurants and canteens.

To further their project they need to buy a van and a cold store. Pledge anything from £5 to £500.

This project will only be funded if at least £16,000 is pledged by 11:55AM on Friday 19th July, 2013.

Pledge some money to the project.
