The Phone Co-op (an ECRA Best Buy) has just launched a range of cheap packages - see http://www.thephone.coop/residential/

The most ethical choice isn't always the most expensive! I've been with them for 3 years and can only say good things about their services and staff. Wish all co-ops were the same.
