In August 2018 Ethical Consumer viewed the Charity Commisions website which listed Amnesty International UK Section Charitable Trust as a charity.
In addition the company gained an additional company ethos mark for primarily selling products which were produced under fair trade conditions. It stated "With regards to retailing Fair Trade produce it stated "Many of our suppliers are registered with one of these organisations (FLO or WFTO) but we don’t insist; some can’t afford it, some are just starting out, some are too small, and some just don’t want to."
All of its clothing was made from organic and Fairtrade cotton.
