In February 2020, Ethical Consumer searched Faith in Nature's website for details on the company's animal testing policy.

The company stated that "We believe that using naturally derived, cruelty-free, vegan, ingredients is what makes our products work so beautifully." Elsewhere it states, "No animal tested products. No animal ingredients. No ingredients tested on animals (with a cut off date in accordance with BUAV (Cruelty Free International) requirements of 1988, and for our Household Cleaning range, a cut off date of 2003). All products are Vegetarian and Vegan."

When Ethical Consumer searched through the company's products, all of its goods were certified by Cruelty Free International. This accrediation is the most widely recognised label for cruelty free products.

Ethical Consumer considered Faith in Nature to have a positive policy addressing the issue of animal testing.
