In March 2020 Ethical Consumer viewed the Midsona Annual Report 2018 which stated that Urtkram, Midsona's personal care and cosmetics brand, was certified as cruellty free by the Leaping Bunny. Ethical Consumer viewed the Urtekram website and saw that, while the company did not reference the certification, its products were pictured carrying the Leaping Bunny logo.
This was considered a positive policy addressing animal testing. No company ethos mark was given as it did not apply to the whole company group.
