In March 2020, Ethical Consumer received a completed questionnaire from Organii Ltd, which contained a question on the company's approach to managing workers' rights in its supply chain.

The company provided the following statements:

"All ORGANii suppliers meet the ISO standards, hold a organic certification and have been independently audited by an organic certification body."

"All companies who are certified organic have an annual audit by the independent certification body. The warehouse is audited annually by both the Soil Association and Ecocert."

The Soil Association's standards contained provisions for workers rights. Organii was considered to have demonstrated effective if not explicit good practice for managing workers rights issues in its supply chain.

The company was a small company with a turnover of under £10.2 million and was therefore eligable for an exemption under Ethical Consumer's Supply Chain Management rating. Organii received Ethical Consumer's best rating for Supply Chain Management.
