Lost or forgotten password


If you have lost your password, you will need to create a new one.

Please provide either the Username or Email Address for your account. If you have provided the correct details, within 10 minutes you should receive an email with instructions for creating a new password.

For security reasons you will not be told if you have entered an incorrect Username or Email address.

If you have lost the Username and Email Address for your account, please contact us and we will set you up again.

Updating or Changing your Password

If you just want to change your password, you simply need to:

  • sign in to the website 
  • clicking on the pink  'Edit Profile' link beneath our logo 
  • select the  'Change' link next to your password
  • create your new password
