There are several ways you can support Ethical Consumer. We explain the financial options below.
Subscribing to Ethical Consumer magazine is a great way to support us.
You can buy a subscription for yourself, or set up a gift subscription for someone else. Magazines are available digitally and in print.
However if this is not for you, or if you’d like to help some of our other projects in addition to subscribing, we have a different option.
Ethical Consumer’s work on ranking companies on their ethics and producing shopping guides is mainly funded by readers subscriptions and advertising.
Because some of our wider campaigning work for political change is not directly income generating, we need to occasionally ask for donations for specific projects.
In 2026 we are focussed on raising funds to extend our work on challenging corporate power more directly beyond consumer markets. We think this could be a good way of addressing the root causes of some of the social breakdown we are seeing around us right now.
